The man Toronto hip hop fans may know as The Rhyming Chef, Phil I.E. has joined forces with his partner in crime Ngardy Conteh to create Cypher TV, a weekly TV feature through the recently launched BITE TV and their Aux stream of music based TV programming.
BITE is carried through digital cable (check your local digital cable for the channel in your area and availability), or you can check out segments online through the Aux website.
