While Chilli of iconic 90’s R&B Group TLC has denied the rumours of a deal with Akon’s Kon Live Distribution, she has released a brand new single this past weekend entitled “Dumb, Dumb, Dumb”.

The single was written by songwriter Cri$tyle, the writer who has a had huge success of recent with writing credits on 3 songs on Janet Jackson’s Discipline and 5 song contributions to Mariah Carey’s E=MC², including co-writer credit on Mariah Carey’s eighteenth #1 (surpassing Elvis Presley) single “Touch My Body”. Cri$tyle is signed to Jermaine Dupri’s Dieniahmar Publishing.

Chilli is currently unsigned, although rumoured collaborations have been completed with Missy Elliott, Timbaland, Dallas Austin and Will.i.am.  A number of tracks leaked in 06/07, but none of those have been considered official tracks by Chilli.  “Straight Jack” was released in 2007 featuring Missy Elliot, produced by Polow Da Don, however the track soon after appeared as an official single by Nicole Scherzinger “Whatever U Like”.
